Clinical decisions rest solely with the independent licensed provider. Prescription approval is never guaranteed.

What happens after someone clicks

Six steps. You own the first two. Licensed independent parties own the rest — and that separation is the point, not a limitation.

STEP 01

Your campaign

Your content, your audience, your offer.

STEP 02

Your storefront

Branded site, intake and checkout.

STEP 03

Intake

Health questionnaire and identity check.

STEP 04

Provider review

Independent clinician evaluates and prescribes when appropriate.

STEP 05

Pharmacy

Compounded and shipped in 24–48 hours.

STEP 06

Ongoing care

Our support team handles the relationship.

Independent licensed third parties

Everything except the audience

You create content and drive traffic. Every other function of a telehealth company already exists and gets pointed at your brand. Most people who try this alone stall on one of the four — usually the pharmacy relationship, almost always the support load once orders start arriving.

Software

A store that runs itself

You get a working commerce and engagement stack on day one, configured to your brand, without hiring a developer or stitching together six subscriptions.

  • Branded storefront, checkout and subscription billing
  • Intake that routes cleanly to the physician network
  • CRM with segmentation, email and SMS automation
  • Refill reminders and retention workflows
  • Dashboards for orders, revenue and churn
  • Member portal on your own subdomain
Customer service

A support team under your name

Trained non-clinical staff answer your customers as your brand — order status, billing, shipping, account changes. Anything clinical routes straight to the prescribing physician.

  • Email, SMS and chat coverage during business hours
  • Scripts and macros written for your offer
  • Escalation path to the prescribing physician
  • Refund, chargeback and dispute handling
  • Reporting on volume, response time and themes
  • No clinical advice given — by policy and by training
Physician network

Independent board-certified physicians

Access to an established network of independently licensed, board-certified physicians who evaluate your customers and exercise their own clinical judgment.

  • Licensed across all 50 states, subject to state law
  • Asynchronous and synchronous visits where required
  • Physicians carry their own malpractice coverage
  • They set clinical criteria — not you, and not us
  • Declines happen, and are part of a compliant model
  • Follow-up visits and refill authorization handled
Pharmacy network

Licensed 503A compounding

Coordination with licensed 503A compounding pharmacies that dispense patient-specific prescriptions and ship directly to your customer, typically within 24 to 48 hours of the prescription being issued.

  • Shipped in 24–48 hours once the prescription is written
  • Direct to the customer's door — no retail pharmacy visit
  • Tracking sent automatically under your brand
  • Patient-specific compounding on a valid prescription
  • Cold-chain shipping where the formulation requires it
  • Pharmacies licensed in the states they ship to
  • Sourcing, quality and dispensing owned by the pharmacy
  • You never hold, handle or ship inventory

It is your company

You choose the name, the positioning, the price points and the product mix.

We are the infrastructure underneath. Most operators never mention us to a customer, and that is exactly how it should work.

Examples of stores we power

Different names, different catalogues, different audiences — the same platform underneath.

From first call to first order

No development work on your side. The longest step is usually deciding what to call it.

01

Walkthrough and fit

We look at your audience, your category and what you want to sell. Not every offer is a fit, and we would rather say so on the first call.

02

Brand and catalog

You choose the name and design direction. Together we set the product catalog, pricing and subscription structure.

03

Build and connect

We stand up your storefront, load the catalog, configure intake and connect the physician and pharmacy routing.

04

Launch

You drive traffic. Orders flow through intake to an independent provider, and approved prescriptions to a licensed pharmacy.

05

Scale

Add products, expand states, tune retention. Support and fulfillment capacity grows without you hiring for it.

The separation is the product

Telehealth businesses fail on compliance more often than on marketing. The structure below is not decoration — it is what keeps the model durable when a regulator, a payment processor or an advertising platform takes a closer look.

Clinical judgment sits with the physician

Independent licensed clinicians decide what is appropriate. Neither you nor we direct, override or influence that decision.

No guaranteed approvals

Nobody may promise a customer that they will receive a prescription. Providers decline, and marketing that implies otherwise is a liability.

Pharmacy owns dispensing

Licensed 503A pharmacies control sourcing, compounding and dispensing. You never hold, handle or ship medication.

You stay non-clinical

Your role is brand, audience and education. Support is trained never to give clinical advice, and to route those questions to the physician.

Before you book a call

Do I need any medical licensing or background?

No. You operate a non-clinical brand. All medical evaluation, prescribing and dispensing is performed by independently licensed providers and pharmacies. You cannot give medical advice, and support staff are trained to route clinical questions to the provider.

What can actually be offered through the platform?

The catalog depends on what independent providers are willing to prescribe and what licensed 503A pharmacies can lawfully compound in a given state. That varies by formulation and changes over time. We will walk through what is currently available for your category on the first call rather than promise a list here.

What happens when a provider declines a customer?

They are informed clearly, not charged for medication, and where appropriate pointed toward other services you offer. Declines are a normal part of the model. A platform reporting a near-100% approval rate should worry you.

How fast do customers get their medication?

Once a provider issues a prescription, the pharmacy typically compounds and ships within 24 to 48 hours, direct to the customer's address with tracking under your brand. The clock starts at the prescription, not at checkout — intake and provider review happen first, and a provider may decline. Cold-chain formulations and some state requirements can add time.

How long until launch?

Days rather than weeks once the agreement is signed and the brand direction is settled. The build is not the bottleneck; naming and catalog decisions usually are.

Bring the audience. We will bring the rest.

A 30-minute call covering the software, the support model and what your category can realistically support. No obligation, and we will tell you if it is not a fit.
